Broderie anglaise skirt / matching crop top from order the 70s

Beautiful black Broderie anglaise skirt with matching crop top. The skirt is lined, and the top is also lined (the sleeve is not) and finished by hand, as shown in the pictures. It has a high waist, a zipper on the back, and weights sewn on the hem. It is an A-line skirt.
