The regal color of Old Hollywood royalty, this purple satin dress is circa 90s, but with a definite nod to the glamour of 1940s Hollywood.
From the 1940s until today a peplum dress has always been elegant and flattering.
Crafted from duchess satin in the most delicious shade of purple.
Fitted bodice with an Art Deco style embellishment at the natural waistline.
A deep peplum surrounds the waist and falls over a slim skirt.
The perfect dress option for a wedding, rehearsal dinner, cocktail party........any occasion where you need to look fabulous.
The color was difficult to capture in the pictures. The actual color order is a deep, rich purple. In some of the photos the color appears more blue.....the color is an amazing purple.
The beautiful purple hue would make this dress especially lovely for a wedding or social event at a winery or vineyard.
Excellent to near pristine condition.
