Here we have the most charming, vintage, watch/brooch by Kenneth Jay Lane, KJL, made in the shape of a crab. The crab is covered in clear rhinestones, with a single, blue, lapis lazuli, cabochon in the center and small, red rhinestone eyes. It's shell opens up to reveal a watch face, which is signed "KENNETH JAY LANE, Quartz." This item appears to be in excellent shape, with no missing stones or wear. I would estimate that this watch was order made around the 1980s to 1990s. The watch does not currently run, but it probably just needs a new battery. Since I do not have the proper tools to open the watch, I will leave that to the new owner. The brooch measures approximately 2 inches across.
