Here is a beautiful Pontiac portable typewriter with its carrying case
Period: 50s
AZERTY keyboard. Imported from Italy.
The machine is in very good aesthetic condition. The painting is beautiful and shiny.
CAUTION: No ribbon or caches. The trolley does not slide properly and "jumps" even to a certain place. One of the feet is broken (photo 9) but is present and will be joined. (can be re-welded or glued). The back (vertical) holding rod for holding the sheets of paper is broken and absent.
The hammers hit the roller without any problems and normally return to their place.
The transport suitcase is in good condition and clean.
The black enamel paint is beautiful as well as the keys and this machine, even if it is not restored, is a superb decorative object.
