Vintage Danish Art Pottery, Soholm, Stoneware Dish order

An impressive and captivating piece of Danish Art Pottery, Soholm Pottery, Bornholm c1960s.

Danish Pottery such as this lovely hand formed piece is becoming increasingly hard to get hold of.

This is shape number 3132 - a slab style, hand finished rectangular dish.

Approx 22cm long order x 13cm wide x 3 cm deep. x just over 1kg before packing.

A size that displays well on a coffee table, hall table etc.

Beautiful high gloss glaze with lovely tonal variations where the glaze varies in thickness. The glaze colours consist of a light beige, clear treacle/amber, and the most delicate of blues where thicker. The glaze qualities are accentuated by the stylish repeat impressed leaf pattern.

No damage, chips cracks etc.
