Stunning The Scarlet Pimpernel order book bag hand-crafted from a genuine vintage novel with a pretty red & white polkadot lining. Ornate metal corners for protection and a snap-shut fastener. Double tortoiseshell acrylic handles at the top, bow detail to the front and an illustration from the book to the back.

Item measures 228mm x 160mm x 28mm.

My book bags are all hand-crafted by myself in Yorkshire, England. Each book bag takes me around 1 week to complete. From the careful removal of all the pages, through the varnishing and strengthening stages, to the creating of the actual bag lining itself, and finally the little finishing touches of ribbons, bows, buttons & charms.

Every book bag I make is unique, there will never be another one like it.
