Philodendron order Heterocraspedon

You will receive a Philodendron Heterocraspedon. It will ship in it's pot to reduce transit stress. The plant represented in the picture is the exact plant you will receive.

Orders will be shipped Saturday through Wednesday, and USPS express shipments on Thursdays of each week to avoid any possible shipping delays. If you place an order on any of those days, expect your plant to ship order the following ship period

Please allow 4-6 to weeks for the plant to acclimate to your environment and recover from the shipping process before repotting. Shipping can be very stressful for the plant and repotting right away may cause unnecessary stress to the plant.

We package plants with extreme care, but I cannot guarantee the condition of plants or cuttings once they leave my hands. Plants often suffer shipping stress. Sometimes they wilt, have stems or leaves bent, or might even lose a few leaves. This is normal shipping stress and the plant should recover in a few days with proper care. Please unpack plants/cuttings as soon as possible.

For any reason you are not satisfied with the condition that your plant arrives in, please let us know within 3 hours delivery time (noted on tracking history) of receiving it so we can take the steps to correct this. You and your plants happiness are very important to us!
