Women's fabulous black velvet cosplay jacket with multiple metal accents, starting order at the collar, made from triple layers of pleated organza that extend down the jacket fronts. The base of the neck is encircled with a leather band with silver studs and silver o-rings. A vintage style silver 'latch' is the jacket closure. Sleeves are trimmed with narrow leather bands with silver studs and another o-ring on a leather strap. Delicate triple tier gathered eyelash lace is on the cuffs.
