Note:
Please don't put aside when it's empty, keep 1/2 wine inside
Instructions:
1. Soak for 1 to 3 days before use and then pour the water out when the barrel slightly puffs and no water is leaking
2. Sterilization: pour the alcohol into it, shake and pour out after 30 minutes
3. Add wine 30 minutes later after volatilization
4. Add brandy 30 minutes later after volatilization
Tips for oak barrel:
1. Please add clean water to soak for 24 to 48 hours, make sure there is no leakage and dry the water, then add alcohol.
2. Equipped with sealer and valve, seal the barrel with them and soak for 1 to 2 weeks, store in dry and cool environment, draw the sealer out to make sure the air is flowing
3. Never use any cleanser, instead, soak in white alcohol (with alcoholicity over 50%)
