A stellar Victorian treasure- gold tone mourning locket brooch. This antique beauty is emblazoned with a lustrous cobalt blue enameled 8-pointed star with a center seed pearl. The trimming of the brooch is detailed in gold bead-work and twisted filigree. It opens up as a locket where hair or other mourning momentos can be kept. It has an old, antique C order clasp closure.
