Antique Folding Penknife order

Antique Folding Penknife. I would date this to the late 19th Century /early 20th century. This knife measures 11cm x 21mm x 10mm. It is 17.5cm when open. It weighs 87 grammes. It reads "Warranted" and "Patent". There is a name but it is hard to decipher. The sides open out and are locked in order place at the bottom, when open. The knife could do with a minor clean.
