Vintage/Antique order 18-inch doll

Description:
Brown haired doll has bisque head and forearms
The forearms look dirty, but maybe a cleaning would help
The fingers have been worn off/broken? (See picture)
Body is soft and may be filled with sawdust-type of material
The legs are all stuffed and covered with brown socks
Doll is wearing tie-on pantaloons with lacy trim and a dress with lace detail
The eyes look like they used to open and close but now are closed

Measurements:
18 in. x 5 in. x 2.5 in.
