Nagbeshar Coral order Earrings

Our jewellery is inspired by original pieces traditionally worn among Nepal's diverse ethnic groups. Traditionally, the Nagbeshar is a nose-stud made from gold alloy or brass, with a red stone in the centre. Worn primarily within the Rana Tharu community, the Nagbeshar can be seen throughout Nepal's southern plains. The final photo shows a striking Rana Tharu lady from Nepal's far west region wearing the nose-stud.

These earrings measure approx. 0.75 inch (2 cm) in diameter. They are handmade in sterling silver with genuine coral centres. The earring clasp is also handmade from silver.
