VTG 1940s Hand Painted Dubl Handle Washboard by Columbia Washboard Co. Has a bracket for hanging on the wall. There's also a front and sides applied, so it looks like it could be a holder, but there's no bottom, and no evidence there ever was a bottom. Super fun rustic, kitschy wall art.
