They're not blue, on the website their color is “Floss”. It's a sea foam/teelish color. The size is according to the site's size chart. I priced them so high cause they were custom made to me but they have no more use to me and I'd like to get something back for what I originally paid. At most, they have been worn outside 3 times and a couple more indoors. Yes, you'll receive all wheels in the pictures (16 total), the two skates, and the bag they come in.
