Already has wire attached. I only wore these maybe a couple of times. They have been previously washed and curled, but still in good condition). *some of the elastic is broken where you tie the wire, but it still holds the wire and everything. Just a minor flaw* shown in last photo. Bought new it was $399.00 plus shipping and tax.
