Order Autumn Dinghy Sunrise, Photography Canvas Print, Boothbay Harbor, Maine, 2007

A Solitary dinghy rests in a placid reflective pond in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Lit trees from the morning sunshine burst with oranges and yellows. I took this shot on a medium format Hasselblad H2 system, with a Phase One P45 digital back.

• This photo is printed on canvas in the gallery-wrap style. I first master the print (often with many proof prints to get things just right), then I print the shot onto canvas, varnish it, then stretch it on wooden order stretcher bars. The process takes a few days, since there is some drying involved in a few steps.

• There's no need to frame, unless you want to. I include all the hanging hardware.

• This image was taken on a medium format Phase 1 back, using a Hasselblad body and lens system. Because if that, it can be printed at dimensions in feet, not inches.

• Printed on an Epson 9900, the colors are amazing!

• The image is varnished with an archival Breathing Color product, and hand-stretched to order.
