This one of a kind and extremely unique hand crafted wand is made from purpleheart with a stag antler tine in both the handle and as part of the stand. The end is wrapped with a hemp cord. The second part of the stand is a hand carved basilisk head made from red oak. Swarovski crystals are used for the eyes, and it was hand painted to excruciating detail. The stand is made of solid purpleheart as well. This wand would make the perfect gift for order the wizard in your life or for yourself. The stand makes it perfect for a fireplace mantle and makes the wand easily accessible when you need to cast a spell immediately. (Spells have NOT been tested.)

Sometimes called Amaranth, this colorful Latin American hardwood is tremendously popular for furniture and other designs that call for a unique splash of color. In addition to its coloration, purpleheart has excellent strength properties, and can be used in applications where strength is important—a wood for both form and function.

The wand and stand have been finished with a low gloss tung oil to retain its look.
