Box contains: Blue Diamond wax warmer lampshade, trivet, warmer dish , and (1) 25-watt bulb. ***Cement base displayed in first two photos IS NOT INCLUDED for sale in this listing. The cement base, in my opinion, is not ideal for this shade as the shade needs to fit inside of a base; my use of it here was only for demonstration of the shade's glow.
