When we wound it up and started the pendelum it did start working. When we wound the arms by hand it does sound the cathedral bell/tambour on the hours. May need to be serviced/maintenanced for optimum performance and order precision. Measures 18” L x 9.5” H x 6” W Weighs about 6lbs 8 oz.
