order 8x10" painting matted for an 11x14" frame ($160)
11x14" painting matted for a 16x20" frame ($215)
Architectural, landscapes, cityscapes only. Drawing will ship 5-7 days after receipt of photographs.

Front porch pick up is available in Vestavia for Birmingham area shoppers. Attach a message to your order that this is what you prefer, and I will refund your shipping cost.
