This adorable quilt is made up of 4 fabrics that complement each other nicely, making pretty purple pinwheel stars. It is a little too big for a baby, but a little too small for an adult, so I would recommend this for a toddler or a teenager.

The fabrics are all designer, high quality 100% cotton. Not all quilts for sale are quilted, but this one was quilted by me, by using a meandering line in pink thread. Quilting keeps everything firmly in place, adds another interesting dimension and just looks stunning! I used Warm & White for the batting. The backing is a few fabrics from the front sewn together, because I didn't have enough fabric for the back. The binding was stitched on with a machine to keep little fingers from prying it off.

All my quilts are made with care and attention to detail, they will last many years, and make a wonderful treasure and keepsake.

Washing directions:
Wash alone. Set washer to "small" load, and use on "gentle" cycle. Use a small amount of detergent. When finished washing, place in dryer. Then enjoy all over again! The fabric may shrink up a bit and become nice and puckered around the quilting.
