Forged and etched brass and silver (?) metal with organic shape and cut outs

One of a kind, found in santa fe new mexico and most likely made by a local artist
Unsure of the metal
Ametheyst points jet out to a 1 inch depth
One faint knick to one stone but it is not visible when order wearing because its on the underside of the stone
These earrings weigh 1.8... A little heafty weight to them when wearing but not too bad
