It measures 14 inches high, 12 inches wide, and 2-3/4 inches deep. The slats are spaced 2.5"" to 3"" to provide ample room for large order hoop and hanging earrings while minimizing overlap. This earring holder has holes to cleanly hold 36 pairs of earrings and slots for another 36 pairs (72 total).
