Vintage McCoy Cookie Jar. Metal Metalic Bronze Look Ceramic Tea Pot. #219. Very cool no chips or cracks. It looks like metal but it's pottery. Has some crazing on bottom due to age other then that a beautiful piece of Mccoy History. I believe from the 70s 80s era but not positive. About 10" tall and 11" wide. McCoy is a brand of pottery that was producedin the United States in the early 20th century. It is probably the most collected pottery in the nation. Starting order in 1848 by J.W.McCoy Stoneware company, they established the Nelson McCoy Sanitary Stoneware Company in 1910. They continued on almost into 1991, but had to close down due to declining profits.
