Balinese Indonesian Tenun Ikat Endek Weaving Sarong | order Handmade Tapestry

Endek ikat weaving is a fabric traditionally made in Bali, Indonesia. The cloth is woven from strands of weft or warp threads previously tied and dipped in natural dyes. The loom used is a loom, not a machine. Ikat fabric can be sewn to be order used as clothing and fashion accessories, furniture upholstery, or home interior decoration.

Washing directions:
- Do not bleach or use a washing machine or detergent/chemical. Just use clean, plain water and non-alkali soap.
- Wash by hand. Tenun should not be soaked for a long time, simply soak them in until the entire cloth is wet. Do not rub it especially squeezed it in a twisted way.
