This Peltier is one of the coolest looking Liberty's I've ever seen. The pics don't come close to doing it justice- you really must see this one in hand to appreciate it. I'll let you judge the condition. I'd say near mint + but I'm not an expert so you decide. I'm selling a handful of higher end collectible machine made marbles.
