Shipping from NY with USPS priority shipping fully insured. Shipping is on Tuesdays. I always update tracking on Monday or Tuesday.

Plants that are shipped MAY have minor damage, such as yellowing, broken, or creased leaves. This is normal shipping stress.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. For any and all claims you must provide a unboxing video and clear pictures of the issues.

I am not responsible for variegation level on plants and don't guarantee any variegation levels. That is up to mother nature!
