This lovely long chiffon silk scarf has been designed and hand painted in Italy for a Peacock wedding . It is unique and elegant , wearable as a stole . The blues and greens of the feathers are vibrant . The background is a blend of white and light blue .

The kind of natural pure silk I chose for this piece is crepe georgette #10 . It is a high-end semi transparent mat silk similar to chiffon and it drapes beautifully . The hem is finely hand-made , too.

The size of the scarf is 17 x 70 inches ( approx . 44 x 178 cm )

Dyes : permanent steam set French dyes .

Painted with love in my studio in Sardinia island , Italy . It comes with a hand-made wrap closed with a satin ribbon .
