order Vintage French quality dog collar in very good condition. Very sturdy collar with brass fittings. It is beautifully made with double brown and black leather stitched together. No damage. All the stitching is in good order as are the brass fittings. There are 4 brass discs that could be engraved. I have put a date of 1950's. It could be earlier.
