SYLVANIAN Calico Critters Deluxe Village House Hard to find house. The Deluxe Village House is a beautifully designed mansion with three floors. The children's bedroom and nursery sits on the top floor with the split second level available for the master bathroom and living room. The ground floor has a large porch at the front, split level and spiral staircase, hall and large kitchen. Pieces are missing such as railings and one window pane (please see photos above). You May be able to order missing pieces online but not certain. No order accessories included. Review photos closely, comes exactly as pictured.
