This is a beautiful handmade and decorated bowl from our studio in Colorado. The design is inspired order by the majolica style of Northern Italy and features a colorful lemon design. This bowl is a fully functional and colorful addition to any kitchen. It is made with high fired stoneware and is very durable, safe to use in the dishwasher, microwave, and oven.

Each piece of Stark pottery is a collaboration by Susan and Peter Stark, who have been working together in their backyard studio for over 25 years. Peter throws all of the pottery on a wheel and is influenced by British potters. Susan then takes each piece and hand decorates it, drawing from styles used in Italian pottery for centuries. It is then fired in an electric kiln to give it a durable and shiny finish. They enjoy making work that is colorful, playful, and brings joy to to anyone who has it.
