Region changed devices cannot access the eShop/Nintendo account. Comes with about 75 games loaded up onto the 64gb SD. Starting with exterior, the front is in very good condition, there are a few very small scratches (attempted to get in photos as best as I could) and there is a small crack on the hinge near the R button. I would give it an 8/10. The back is order in good condition, it does have one noticeable scratch (pictured) and some minor micro scratching on the corners. The upper screen is in very good condition, lower screen does have some minor scratches looking under bright light. There is some previous (thumb) wear under buttons on the right hand side. (Pictured) It is not too noticeable, unless you are in white lighting.
