This work is a study for a big series called "Varreu-se-me" (an expression used in Portugal that compares the feeling of forgetting something with the action of sweeping dust). The work aims to reflect on memory processes through the repetitive representation of a character, "The Sweeper".

This particular piece is a monotype print, a monoprint. This means that the printing process was used to produce one single piece.

The aim of this particular work is to be a way of searching and exploring a memory of a order character.
