Comes with everything shown which are the original items it came with. Works with no problems at all. I had the base off of it and had it mounted to one of my TV's which was nice for less clutter. It came with Windows 7 and I left it that way so it used less resources. It worked fine for streaming but if you are going to do a lot of 1080 HD, I wound increase the RAM. It came with 2GB of RAM and I increased it to 4GB. The keyboard and mouse are smaller which I liked for using it order in the living room.
