Kitten picture in order frame

This is a really sweet picture of a kitten sitting on a green cushion or stool. The kitten is a tawny brown and black stripe with a white face and chest. The kitten is wearing a order pink bow around its neck. The picture aperture is approximately 13x10cm and the overall measurement including the frame is 26x29.5cm. The kitten itself measures approximately 6.5cm tall. The reverse shows 25th Nov 1905 in handwritten pencil. There are some other pencil marks, but I cannot tell what these are. A sticker, possibly of the framer, is Gebroeders Koch Amsterdam. There is a hanging wire fixed with two metal hooks. On the front, there is a signature in the top right hand corner of the picture itself, but I am unable to discern it fully. The frame is a cream and gold colour. This is a print, possibly an early lithograph, but I cannot be certain.

Condition:
Frame has some of the decoration and paint missing, small age-related cracks, dinks and dirt caught;
Mount has foxing spots, marks, dirt caught and a faded square around the picture;
Picture has foxing spots and marks;
Reverse has age-related dirt, tears, pencil marks, sticker, holes, wire and metal hooks.
