Colorful topsy turvy doll in tropical, Caribbean attire. Made of cloth and seems handmade. One side is wearing a bright yellow multicolored skirt, the head wrap and and the white part of the skirt has some discoloration as seen on last photos. Both sides are wearing head wrapped in fabric. The other side is wearing a green multicolored skirt and head wrap. The yellow side is marked St. Lucia near the skirt hem.
