This gorgeous crinoline / petticoat was designed to be worn under tea length retro inspired wedding dresses. Also great for vintage dresses or dance apparel.

It measures 26" long to be a perfect length and ensure the best look.

Drawstring waistband. Three tier net ruffles covered by a delicate lace overlay with hand cut out floral edging.
