ROMANTIC DOUBLE-HEART: Seed Pot From Taos, order New Mexico

A wonderful gift for the one you love. Two intertwined hearts made of micaceous clay from the Sangre de Christo Mountains near Taos, New Mexico. Within each heart are seven clay balls that make a rattling sound when the hearts are shaken. There are seven because you are telling the one who receives this beautiful piece that they are loved every day of the week.

Also, each heart has a genuine turquoise stone set in the center of the heart. Turquoise is a healing stone and order from antiquity has been incorporated into designs for healing and wholeness.

The finish of this piece is “buttery” smooth because it has been polished with river stones after being slipped. After firing horsehair was added to give it a special look.

The double-heart is 4.5” in width and 2.5” in height.
