-Plexiglass used in frames may also carry a protective film applied to both the front and the back of the glass. This may cause a blue hue. These protective films can be mistaken for scratches, or bubbles.

Shipping/Delivery:
- Orders are securely packaged in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are also used for extra security.

- Packages are shipped with USPS or FedEx; most orders ship in 1-3 days but some can take up to 6 days to be shipped.
Delivery has been ranging from 3-7 days depending on your location, we ship US orders from South Carolina.

-If you order from order within the United States, you should see your item delivered in 6-11 days.

-International shipments should be delivered in roughly 14 days, unfortunately, we have seen some delays in different countries due to coronavirus

Returns/Replacements:
-We do not offer returns at this time however we do offer a quality guarantee, if the product was delivered misprinted/damaged/defective, you have 3 weeks to make a claim by sending me a message and I will get a replacement sent out to you ASAP.

-Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks from the date product is delivered.
