Vintage Ladies order 14K Gold Teardrop/Pear Aquamarine and Diamond Chip Ring

This beautiful vintage ladies 14K ring has an unidentifiable makers mark and a P14K mark. It has a three prong setting with a teardrop aquamarine stone that is 7mm in length and 5mm wide. At the bottom point of the pear is a tiny diamond chip. It was purchased in Macy's. The original tag says it was originally $300. Since this posting, I can no longer locate these tags. Using a sizing wand it is size 7 1/2 . It is in good condition with a slight bend at the bottom of the band. (See order pic) Ring does not come with Macy's ring box.
