The pencil holder was made at the art casting plant in the city of Kasli, USSR in the 1950s and 1960s.
A gift from the distant Soviet past.
Good vintage condition, paint peeled off in places.
Height 18 cm
Made in USSR.
Material: metal, cast iron.
