Gold Trimmed Cobalt Blue Wall Plate with "Royal LaBelle * Wheeling Potteries Co." Female Bust in Great Condition !!! LaBelle China was made at Wheeling Potteries, Wheeling, West Virginia between 1893 to 1905.

Factory Decorated with a highly detailed Transfer process, then Highlighted with Gold, raised Dots, and Artist Hand Painting. Has the original designed hole in the back for a Hanger Wire. Glazing inside hole proof of originality before firing.

Near Mint condition. See photos of small brown mark on bottom of plate and an area of fading on the front.

Measures : 14 1/2 inches Across in diameter.
