Color order blocks panniers

2 sided bicycle panniers. in a fun color blocks print. the print is on a treated 100 %cotton for all weather usage. the order rest of the body is in a waterproof solid vinyl for a sturdy all round usage. the flap have Velcro for adjustable closure and it attaches to the rack with an easy to use strap and buckle system. the sides and bottom are reinforced for a solid look and fit. it measures 13.5 "X14" X 6" ,these will fit both conventional and e -bikes
