Extra Large 1970’s order Throwback Throw

Extra weighted blanket created from a mixture of new and recycled yarns, including vintage wools, polyesters, cottons, and acrylics. The background colour is a Teal reminiscent of the 1970's. Strong geometric shapes using a wide colour palette, and order a striking copper metallic thread throughout make for a unique gift.

I make all my blankets using multiple yarns wound together to give unique colour combinations, textures and patterns. This process also results in an extra thick, warm and heavy throw or blanket. All of my blankets are machine washable using the wool/silk or cool wash settings. Air dry, gently stretch from the centre of the blanket when damp to maintain shape.
