Covered in 100% silk Shantung in a beautiful steel blue, it is entirely hand-shaped using buckram and hatwire. It features a curved rim. A cluster of hand-made flowers hides discretely under several layers of black netting. This hat was made using classic millinery techniques. It fits a head size of 22 inches.
