LO286 1.05" Industrial Schedule 40 pipe order handrail, (outside diameter is 1.05")

This handrail is just what you've been looking for. Made from Industrial Schedule 40* pipe and fittings, so it's very strong, and finished in Satin Black, you will be the envy of your friends.

Black satin is the only finish available for this item.

The pipe sections are 41"L and the rail is complete with all Tee mounts. There is an extension return at each end of the rail and the extension measures approx 6" from the end mount centers. The extension is included in the lengths available.

A rail with 1 pipe section (Overall length is approx 58"L) will have 2 Tee mounts.

A Rail with 2 pipe sections (Overall length is approx 101"L) will have 3 Tee mounts.

A rail with 3 pipe sections (Overall length is approx 144"L) will have 4 Tee mounts.

* Schedule 40 pipe is the same strong pipe that is used in the Industrial sector for water lines, gas lines, sprinkler system, etc;

ABOUT THE PROCESS: Everything is done onsite. Pipes are cut to size and threaded, To provide a suitable surface for finishing, the coating applied at the mill (which offers some handling and rusting protection until it's end use) is order mechanically removed to prep the pipe for it's finish coating. The finish is three coats of Rust Inhibitive Black satin.
