Silver Plated Teapot by Reed & Barton, pattern number order 2204

What order a nice piece!  That's a Reed and Barton coffee pot. It's an Aesthetic Movement design from the late 1800s.  2204 is your pattern and it should date to around 1880 or so. 

It features cool lion head legs, geometric style handle, and a really neat ball finial on raised supports.  It also features a neat engraved floral band around the swell of the body.   It's also monogrammed with what looks like maybe an H in a Gothic font. It's well done.

This item was previously owned. It will have some minor bumps, scuffs and scratches. It will have some tarnish and will need you to give it a good buffing, cleaning, or polishing.
