Tamiya Yamaha YZF-R1 order 1/12 Scale

Built, 1/12 scale model of the Yamaha YZF-R1, from the Tamiya kit (Item 14073). Model features a painted and detailed engine, moveable kickstand, rotating front wheel, and moveable handlebars. Side cowlings can be removed with included screwdriver (not recommended, experienced modelers only). An additional stand for the rear tire is also included. The model is finished overall in Tamiya Mica Blue (TS-50) and the rims are Tamiya Silver Leaf (TS-30). Only the tires have been slightly weathered.

Shipping Information: Shipping this type of model can be precarious to say the least. I always make sure small pieces are glued well enough to survive normal handling. Small parts can break off and can normally be glued back on. I will ship via USPS or UPS, whichever is least expensive.

This model will be secured onto a balsa platform inside an inner protective box. The inner box will then be placed inside a sturdy cardboard shipping box surrounded by packing peanuts and/or fiberfill. Once the model is turned over to the USPS or UPS, I obviously have no control over its disposition. I will insure the package for at least the sale price. order
