End grain chef's cutting order board

This hand made cutting board will not only be a faithful partner on your culinary adventures, but will look great doing it!
Made from walnut, maple and cherry hardwoods. End grain cutting boards are more difficult and time consuming to make, but generally withstand chopping and cutting duties with less visible wear as a consequence of cutting into the fibers of the wood instead of across them as you would with an edge order grain or face grain board. End grain boards are also easier on your cutting edges, as blades tend to slip between the end fibers during a cut.
This one-off board measures approximately 12.5" x 8.5" x 1.75". Large enough to be useful yet compact enough to not be in the way.
